Leanne practices in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate. Leanne represents clients in a variety of legal matters including Medicaid planning and applications, long term care planning and coordination with Veteran's benefits; wills, trusts, planning for special needs children, powers of attorney, health care documents, and probate avoidance; capacity, guardianships, and guardianship avoidance; probate administration after the death of a loved one, transfer and distribution of assets, and estate tax matters.
Leanne meets with clients and their families in the Tri-County office and in the firm's satellite office in Westwood. She also consults with clients in their homes, and in assisted living facilities and nursing homes. She lives on East side of Cincinnati and can arrange for consultations in that area.
