Richard’s experience includes litigating for and against companies ranging in size from international Fortune 500 Companies to closely-held businesses, and has litigated in both state and federal courts. Richard represents individuals both against companies and other individuals, from simple disputes to fully developed law suits. Having litigated for both individuals and companies, Richard understands what is needed to be done to achieve the results his clients desire.
Business and Contract Law:
In his business practice, Richard focuses on business entity selection and formation including creating C-corporations, S-corporations, LLC’s and partnerships; and business representation including purchases and sales of businesses, liquor licenses, state and federal tax liability negotiation, and contractual matters.

Having clerked for a local Domestic Relations Court judge, Richard is able to provide his clients insight from the court’s perspective, which assists in determining what the court’s decision may be in a given family law issue and further helps prepare his clients on every facet of family law litigation. Richard is a member of the Domestic Relations Committee and practices primarily in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren Counties.
